The Tornado 550 is Benelli’s new flagship model in the full-fairing segment: sculpted and aggressive lines for a supersport bike suitable for everyday use. Powered by a 554 cc parallel twin (an evolution of the famous 500 cc Benelli powertrain), it offers 56 hp at 8,250 rpm and 54 Nm at 5,500 rpm, with a 270° crank configuration and 6-speed gearbox.

The steel trellis frame uses the engine as a load-bearing element, combined with an adjustable Marzocchi suspension and Brembo brakes. On-board technology is on spot: it includes 5” TFT color display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB-C, Traction Control, two riding modes and integrated TPMS. With just 800 mm of seat height and a comfortable riding seat, the Benelli Tornado 550 is ready to dominate the storm

Benelli\'s motorcycle story began in 1911 when Teresa Benelli invested her family\'s money to create a workshop for her six sons: Giuseppe, Giovanni, Filippo, Francesco, Domenico and Antonio \"Tonino\" Benelli. Initially a service garage, the brothers targeted higher and built their first engine in 1919. By December 1921, they introduced their first real motorcycle, the \"Velomotor, \"It was followed by the 147cc version in 1923, which brought success and fame in racing. In 1926, Giuseppe designed a pioneering four-stroke motorcycle with 175cc, which led to numerous victories, including the Italian Tonino Benelli Championships in 1927, 1928, 1930 and 1931.
