Providing accurate delivery information, including address and contact details.
Ensuring availability to receive the package at the specified delivery location.
Reviewing and confirming receipt of the product on the platform.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
In the event of an undelivered or lost package, Umojambele will work with both the buyer and the seller to resolve the issue. Buyers may be eligible for a refund or replacement under our Buyer Protection Policy.
