  • Add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Placing an Order

Follow these steps to place an order:

  • Select the product and quantity you wish to purchase.
  • Click Add to Cart or Buy Now. Enter your delivery address and contact information.
  • Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment process.
  • Receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.
Managing Your Orders

You can manage your orders easily through your account:

  • Track the status of your orders in the My Orders section.
  • Modify or cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet.
  • Contact the seller directly for any inquiries about your order.
Payment and Security

Umojambele offers secure payment options to ensure a smooth buying experience:

  • Choose from payment methods like UmojaPay, credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers.
  • All transactions are encrypted to protect your personal and payment information.

Returns and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund:

  • Go to My Orders, select the product, and click Request Return.
  • Follow the provided instructions to ship the product back to the seller.
