- Create an account by clicking on Sign Up at the top of the page.
- Search for products using the search bar or browse categories.

- Add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Placing an Order
Follow these steps to place an order:
- Select the product and quantity you wish to purchase.
- Click Add to Cart or Buy Now. Enter your delivery address and contact information.
- Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment process.
- Receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.
Managing Your Orders
You can manage your orders easily through your account:
- Track the status of your orders in the My Orders section.
- Modify or cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet.
- Contact the seller directly for any inquiries about your order.
Payment and Security
Umojambele offers secure payment options to ensure a smooth buying experience:
- Choose from payment methods like UmojaPay, credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers.
- All transactions are encrypted to protect your personal and payment information.

Returns and Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund:
- Go to My Orders, select the product, and click Request Return.
- Follow the provided instructions to ship the product back to the seller.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is verified.
