Return Process

- Log in to your Umojambele account and navigate to My Orders.
- Select the item you wish to return and click Request Return.
- Provide a detailed reason for the return and attach supporting photos if applicable.
- Ship the product back to the seller using the provided return instructions.
- Track your return status through your account dashboard.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- A refund is issued once the returned product is received and inspected by the seller.
- If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- In cases of partial returns, only the value of the returned items will be refunded.
- Shipping fees may not be refundable unless specified by the seller.
Non-Returnable Items
