Afri-Expo Textiles (PTY) LTD was registered in Lesotho in 2012 with \\r\\nregistration number I2012/307 by Mr Teboho Kobeli, Mrs \\\'Mabokang Kobeli \\r\\nand Mr Lenka Mphafi as shareholders in March 2012. Mr Kobeli, the \\r\\nManaging Director and majority shareholder for Afri-Expo Textiles, began\\r\\n his career as an entreprenuer by buying clothes from wholesalers and \\r\\nmanufactures in The Republic of South Africa and retailed them in \\r\\nLesotho both at home and from the boot of his car. In 2000, he \\r\\nregistered a company named Kobeli Business Services, from which a formal\\r\\n retail entity for retailing clothes emerged and at its peak included \\r\\nthree shops, ownership of a mega store at Pioneer Shopping Mall. Further,\\r\\n in 2005 he opened an office in China where He sourced most of his \\r\\nmerchandise that included shoes,protective clothing and other various \\r\\ntypes of clothes, including the supply of Police Army Uniforms and many \\r\\nothers.
